About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate and timely cargo revenue, billing and accounting activities
- Ensure timely billing in SIS as per IATA guidelines
- Ensure effective reconciliation between CASS, SAP and other relevant systems
- Identify, investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies
- Oversee Credit CCA and other revenue adjustment activities
- Conduct quality control over team activities and revenue accounting transactions
- Lead, coach and develop team members
- Ensure business continuity during peak periods and public holidays
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in accounting, finance or a related field
- Minimum 4-5 years in cargo or airline revenue accounting
- Strong knowledge of airline cargo revenue processes, interline process and CASS
- Experience with SIS or relevant financial systems
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
