About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Client Onboarding team with submitting required documentation to Insurance Carriers
- Resolve eligibility concerns with carriers
- Ensure customers are properly enrolled on the SimplyInsured platform
- Use phone, text, and email for proactive outreach to carriers to accelerate onboarding
- Partner with revenue operations and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an execution-based role such as sales, operations, or customer service
- High productivity in completing a high volume of tasks
- Fantastic organization skills
- Familiarity with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
