Responsibilities
- Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers
- Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
- Monitor lien and subrogation issues to ensure timely resolution
- Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting
- Identify and fix operational bottlenecks
Requirements
- 2+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling
- Process-driven and detail-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills with clients and attorneys
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
