About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cash handling activities of Cash Operations Specialists
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash and sales reports
- Prepare and post cash-related journal entries
- Oversee reconciliation of all cash-related accounts
- Coordinate with banks on cash-related matters
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and policies
- Troubleshoot cash management system issues
Requirements
- Higher Secondary qualification or Diploma
- Minimum 3 years in Finance, Accounting, or Banking
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in cash-handling environment
- Experience with Oracle Cash Management and AP modules
- Experience with OMNI and InfoGenesis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional Finance or Accounting qualification
