About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide customer service
- Send and receive domestic and international remittances
- Process wage payments and wage protection services
- Handle utility bill payments for customers
- Respond to client inquiries
Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent
- Good English language skills (speaking and writing)
- Ability to start work immediately
- For males: Completed National Service
- Must not have conflicting university class schedules
- Availability for shift work
Preferred Qualifications
- Major in Finance
- Beginner level knowledge of Accounting and Finance
