Category Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the Category Manager in executing category strategies aligned with business goals
• Assist in sourcing new products and maintaining the assortment for the Ultrafresh category
• Coordinate with suppliers to gather product details, pricing, and promotional offers
• Track category performance including sales, pricing, and stock availability
• Help plan and execute weekly and monthly promotions
• Ensure accurate and timely listing of products and content on the app
• Liaise with the supply chain team to support availability and replenishment cycles
• Conduct market research to identify trends and benchmark pricing
• Maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the Ultrafresh segment, preferably in retail or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of the Ultrafresh market in the UAE
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a commercial mindset
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of commercial KPIs
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
