About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Category Manager in executing category strategies aligned with business goals
- Assist in sourcing new products and maintaining the assortment for the Ultrafresh category
- Coordinate with suppliers to gather product details, pricing, and promotional offers
- Track category performance including sales, pricing, and stock availability
- Help plan and execute weekly and monthly promotions
- Ensure accurate and timely listing of products and content on the app
- Liaise with the supply chain team to support availability and replenishment cycles
- Conduct market research to identify trends and benchmark pricing
- Maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the Ultrafresh segment, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of the Ultrafresh market in the UAE
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a commercial mindset
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical abilities and understanding of commercial KPIs
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
