About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire and grow premium/luxury clients and high-value accounts
- Drive catering sales, revenue collection, and new business development
- Secure long-term catering contracts and recurring business
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve annual budgets and KPIs
- Support the revamp of the catering business, including offerings and client experience
- Collaborate with F&B, operations, marketing, and finance teams
- Track and deliver agreed sales, collection, and revenue KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience in catering, F&B, hospitality, events, or business development
- Strong track record in sales, client acquisition, and contract negotiation
- Experience managing premium/luxury clients
- Commercially driven with a focus on achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- CRM/ERP experience; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- French language skills are a plus
