About the role
Responsibilities
- Pursue new and repeat catering business
- Handle client meetings and site inspections
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Assist with catering and event menus, pricing, and proposals
- Prepare project profit and loss statements and business reports
Requirements
- Experience developing long-term client relationships
- Ability to bring in new business
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of catering sectors such as camps, corporate, educational, and social
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
