About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through the acquisition, planning, and execution of off-site catering events
- Identify and secure high-value outdoor catering opportunities including corporate functions, weddings, and VIP events
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and event management agencies
- Develop and execute creative sales and marketing plans for the off-site catering market
- Act as the liaison between clients and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Achieve and exceed individual and departmental revenue and profitability targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated sales experience in high-end/luxury outdoor catering or banqueting sales
- Experience within the Dubai 5-star hotel sector preferred
- Proven track record with an active portfolio of key accounts in the Dubai or UAE market
- Expert negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under pressure
