About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across the hotel
- Observe and report suspicious activities, security breaches and safety hazards
- Monitor access control systems and report unauthorized entry
- Respond to security alerts, alarms and requests for assistance
- Record, document and report incidents accurately
- Review and retrieve CCTV footage for investigations
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and security records
- Report technical faults and camera blind spots
- Support emergency response procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous CCTV monitoring or security experience, preferably in hospitality
- Knowledge of CCTV, video recording and access control systems
- Basic computer skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of security procedures and incident reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional languages
- UAE security training or licensing where required
