Central Controller

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared services KPIs with a focus on Paid on Time
• Manage project cash flow (Cash-in and Cash-out) and optimize OCF with Operations
• Lead ICV requirements with occasional travel to Abu Dhabi
• Reduce DSO on intercompany AR
• Oversee financial activities of UAE entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead audits and prepare financial statements for all UAE entities
• Implement and maintain internal controls (ICMA, ICQ) in compliance with regulatory standards
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Participate in Finance Modernization initiatives, including SAP improvements

Requirements

• Audit background is required
• Chartered Accountant or CPA with minimum 5 years experience is a strong plus
• Expert in accounting and IFRs
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational and synthesis capabilities
• Ability to meet strict deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make effective presentations to leadership levels
