About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as core strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on growth strategy
- Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning across the Group
- Deliver management reporting, KPIs and financial analysis that inform action
- Oversee statutory accounts, audits and regulatory financial reporting across jurisdictions
- Own cash flow, liquidity and working capital management
- Lead capital planning to support sustainable growth and balance sheet strength
- Partner with the CRO on financial risk management, controls and governance
- Build and lead a high-performing, internationally distributed finance function
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive finance experience, 5+ years in senior leadership or CFO role
- Proven experience scaling high-growth businesses in regulated financial services
- Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, cash flow and capital management
- Track record working with boards, auditors and regulators
- Experience building and leading high-calibre finance teams
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
