About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify master distributors across Africa
- Drive channel growth and performance across Africa with BA and IA
- Own channel expansion, optimization and the Africa Channels AOP
- Own strategic channel relationships with IA and BA
- Enable cross-selling and geographic expansion with the Africa leadership team
- Target and shortlist top-potential projects for BA and IA
Requirements
- Ability to build and maintain distributor and channel-partner relationships
- Proven experience in channel management, business development or sales
- Demonstrated capability in channel expansion and performance management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automation, building, industry or manufacturing sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- Experience across African markets and distributor-led business models
