About the role
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage external partners for business referrals
- Manage ongoing partner relationships and lead offsite roadshow events
- Onboard partners and business introducers following KYC and CDD procedures
- Acquire new Treasures customers through partners and external channels
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to develop campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and industry regulatory developments
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, internal controls, and HKMA/SFC regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in a business or finance related discipline
- Approximately 5 years of experience in sales and service-related industries, preferably in Consumer Banking
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of frontline general banking business
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
