Channel Performance & Evaluation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Clean and enter data routinely to ensure completeness and high quality
• Monitor data for errors and suggest solutions to uphold data integrity
• Create and update pivot tables and charts for key performance indicators
• Handle monthly incentive payouts, including calculation, verification, and reporting
• Deliver accurate and timely data for annual appraisals and performance reviews
• Employ predictive modeling techniques to enhance branch targeting and customer experience
• Automate reporting processes utilizing Python, Alteryx, Power BI, or SQL
• Provide analytics for transactional data to substantiate resource requirements and capacity planning

Requirements

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities for integrating complex information
• Comprehensive understanding of financial products, policies, and objectives
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of key financial concepts and ratio interpretation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, and Alteryx
