Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new channel partners in the Service Provider, MSP and/or MSSP community
  • Run a targeted "land and expand" sales cycle to select prospective partners
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing channel partners through training and support
  • Execute a channel sales strategy to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies
  • Act as a liaison between the company and channel partners regarding product updates
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in software or technology
  • Experience selling to Service Providers, MDR providers, MSPs and/or MSSPs
  • Knowledge of the GRC space, cybersecurity, and related technology solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners
  • High-level familiarity with service provider business operations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
