Charter Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and strategically promote a fleet of Sunreef luxury yachts for charter worldwide
• Develop, maintain, and expand strong relationships with international charter brokers and industry partners
• Manage and optimise yacht listings across Yachtfolio and other relevant charter platforms
• Prepare, review, and negotiate charter agreements (MYBA contracts and related addenda)
• Coordinate closely with captains and crew to ensure yacht readiness and premium guest experience
• Advise yacht owners on charter strategy, pricing, positioning, and market trends
• Represent Sunreef Yachts Charter at major yacht shows and industry events globally
• Prepare tailored charter offers, itineraries, and client presentations
• Monitor charter performance and deliver structured reporting to owners and management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, classification, and flag state requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in yacht charter management or yacht brokerage
• Strong working knowledge of MYBA contracts and charter procedures
• Proficiency in Yachtfolio
• In-depth knowledge of key charter destinations (Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Middle East)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple yachts and clients
• Commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Experience using CRM systems and performance tracking tools
