Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and other digital support channels
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to customer questions
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve requests efficiently
• Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining quality and response speed
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate feedback to internal teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or call center roles
• Excellent written communication and comprehension skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
