About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Bull & Bear Restaurant's culinary operations
- Develop kitchen business plans and manage financial targets
- Create attractive F&D concepts, menus, and promotions
- Deliver high-quality, well-presented food
- Manage, develop, and inspire the kitchen team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Manage kitchen inventory and stock control
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Internationally recognised culinary degree or diploma
- Experience in a luxury hospitality environment in the UAE
- Proven menu development skills
- Experience in a Steakhouse environment
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
- Proficiency in F&D systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Forbes-rated luxury hospitality environment
- Understanding of Forbes Travel Guide Standards
