Chef de Partie (Butcher)

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals, substitute items, and cold foods according to recipes and quality standards
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
• Manage food storage, thawing processes, and maintain food logs
• Monitor food quality, quantity, portioning, and presentation
• Communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to service staff
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
• Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
