Chef de Partie - Villa Toscana Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of the respective outlet
• Provide support and guidance to Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Junior Sous Chef
• Create recipes and support materials including recipe cards and descriptions
• Perform complete food inventory for ordering through BSS
• Maintain awareness of all menu items, recipes, and presentation standards
• Liaise with all kitchen sections to ensure efficient service
• Assume duties of Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in their absence
• Lead and support junior team members and apprentices
• Prepare and delegate food production in accordance with standards
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, including fridges and freezers
• Minimize food waste and ensure proper rotation, labeling, and storing of food
• Operate kitchen equipment safely
• Ensure food products are handled and stored according to safety guidelines

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related work experience in a luxury hotel
• Supervisory experience
