Chemistry Teacher (Secondary I & II)

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional Chemistry instruction for Secondary levels I and II, specifically preparing students for the Abitur.
• Organize and supervise experimental practicals, laboratory work, and various examination formats for the upper secondary level.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the curriculum, teaching materials, and departmental coordination within the Chemistry subject.
• Utilize modern teaching methods, digital media, and contemporary laboratory techniques to promote sustainable learning.
• Actively participate in school life through projects, competitions, excursions, or other extracurricular activities.

Requirements

• Teaching qualification with the second state exam in Chemistry (Secondary levels I and II) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Proven expertise in teaching Chemistry at both secondary levels.
• High level of intercultural sensitivity and enjoyment of working in an international school environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Professionalism, a high sense of responsibility, and a willingness to integrate innovative teaching methods.
