About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting operations, controls, and staff mentoring
- Verify daily bank balances and credit card reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy of General Cashier reports and daily revenue deposits
- Perform month-end accounts reconciliation of all general ledger balances
- Review monthly reports including F&B and Cost Controller reports
- Ensure timely tax payments and filings
- Prepare various monthly management reports
- Assist the Financial Controller with budgeting, financial analysis, and accounting policy application
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and contracts
- Stay updated with new regulations and Accor policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and hotel finance systems
