About the role
About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, VC-backed digital asset infrastructure company headquartered in Dubai. The business enables banks, fintechs, payment providers, and enterprises to offer regulated digital asset solutions through their own platforms, including embedded crypto trading, OTC trading, stablecoin infrastructure, and cross-border payments.
Responsibilities
- Own global revenue and commercial performance
- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy and international expansion
- Define customer segmentation, ICP, and pricing strategy
- Build, recruit, and lead a high-performing international commercial team
- Lead strategic negotiations with banks, fintechs, and enterprise clients
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure commercial feedback influences development
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience
- Strong background in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, or digital assets
- Experience leading international enterprise sales teams
- Proven success building and scaling commercial organisations
- Strong understanding of API-based financial infrastructure and enterprise technology sales
- Experience selling complex B2B solutions to financial institutions
- Knowledge of regulated financial services environments
- Experience across multiple international markets
