About the Company
Diverge Health is passionate about improving health access and outcomes for those most in need. We partner with primary care providers to improve the engagement and management of their Medicaid patients, offering independent practices with specialized resources and clinical programs to close gaps in care.
Responsibilities
- Own payer account management and payer contracting end to end
- Co-lead payer growth strategy alongside the CEO
- Manage and develop existing resources across payer contracting, account management, and strategy
- Own end to end strategy development, launch, and P&L for new business lines
- Build repeatable commercial processes to scale the business
- Capture learnings from new revenue models to inform future expansion
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior-level experience in value-based contracting
- Fluency in value-based care deal mechanics and negotiation
- Meaningful experience in payer account management
- Experience with P&L ownership and commercial strategy
- Proven experience leading and developing multi-functional teams
- Ability to work without sponsorship in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) operating environment
