Chief Financial Officer (Arabic Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Define long-term financial strategy with the CEO and Board
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and capital allocation
• Oversee M&A, investment analysis, KPIs and performance reporting
• Manage financial operations for media, licensing, advertising and digital revenue
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking and reporting for festivals and major events
• Manage financial structures for sponsorships, funding and grants
• Lead cash management, banking relationships, financing and risk management
• Ensure UAE CT, VAT, ESR and regulatory compliance, IFRS 18 readiness and audits
• Optimize Oracle Fusion ERP, automate workflows and implement AI-driven forecasting
• Lead and develop finance teams and strengthen cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting
• 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years at CFO or senior leadership level
• Media, events or multi-entity holding experience
• Strong IFRS, tax, treasury, consolidation and Oracle Fusion expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• CMA, CPA, ACCA or CFA
• Strong communication, commercial acumen and transformation leadership
