Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's global finance organization
• Partner with leaders across the business to drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation
• Build financial strategies that support innovation and strengthen the affiliate ecosystem
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team reporting to the CEO

Requirements

• Significant executive finance leadership experience with responsibility for large, complex P&Ls
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in high-growth, transformation-focused environments
• Private equity experience with a track record of driving value creation
• Experience leading organizations through periods of change and growth
• Deep expertise in financial planning, capital allocation, and operational finance
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial credentials
• Genuine connection to the CrossFit methodology or ecosystem
• Experience with consumer brands, affiliate/franchise models, or membership-based organizations
• Passion for building high-performing teams and fostering accountability
