About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead finance operations across multiple international entities and regulated jurisdictions
- Ensure accurate statutory accounting, reporting, and full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Oversee audits, licensing-related financial compliance, and AML frameworks
- Manage intercompany structures, transfer pricing, and tax-efficient setups
- Own consolidated management reporting and lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Build financial models to support expansion and analyze key business metrics
- Manage liquidity, cash flow, and banking operations across entities
- Lead ERP implementation (Odoo) and improve financial controls and governance
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance, including 4-5+ years as CFO or Head of Finance
- Experience in iGaming, gambling, or other high-risk industries
- Strong background in structured finance environments (Big Four or large international companies)
- Proven experience managing multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional structures
- Deep expertise in accounting, audits, tax, and financial compliance within EU jurisdictions
- Knowledge of transfer pricing, AML, and licensing requirements
- Experience with modern ERP systems and finance process automation
