About the role
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the CEO on every deal, including due diligence, valuation and integration
- Own the multi-year financial plan, budget and rolling forecasts
- Drive commercial discipline on utilisation, realisation and partner profitability
- Manage cash, debt, refinancing and capital raising
- Implement group financial governance aligned with IFRS and GCC requirements
- Lead, coach and grow the group finance team
Requirements
- Current or recent Finance Director level or above
- Career in professional or financial services
- Hands-on involvement in at least one completed acquisition
- Experience managing debt facilities and lender relationships
- Proven leadership of a finance team
- Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA)
Preferred Qualifications
- RegTech, SaaS or technology finance experience
- GCC multi-entity, IFRS and VAT experience
- ERP and BI rollout experience (NetSuite, Xero, Power BI)
- Founder-led or high-growth business experience
