About the Company

Responsibilities

• Set and oversee investment strategy, portfolio construction, and asset allocation across client mandates
• Lead manager selection, investment due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of underlying positions
• Establish risk management frameworks, exposure limits, and performance measurement standards
• Partner with leadership and investment committees to align portfolios with client objectives and risk tolerance
• Evaluate new investment opportunities, strategies, and market dislocations across asset classes
• Oversee investment operations, reporting, and governance to institutional standards

Requirements

• Prior experience leading investment strategy, portfolio management, or capital allocation within hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices, or institutional asset managers
• Deep understanding of multi-asset portfolio construction, risk management, and manager selection
• Proven track record of delivering risk-adjusted returns
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic markets
