Chief Learning Officer for AI and Ed Tech

Responsibilities

• Advance the Global Institute's Global AI Learning Agenda by exploring the purpose and future of education in an AI-infused world
• Drive global strategic partnerships with foundational model owners like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google
• Maximize real-world product feedback loops by partnering with tech industries to use the network as a testing ground
• Secure infrastructure and resources including software licenses, API access, and hardware for network partners
• Lead the cross-functional AI Circle to foster cohesion among staff working on AI adoption
• Support the scaling of the AI Literacy & Creator Collective
• Champion ethical and safeguarding guardrails regarding child safety and data privacy

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of professional experience
• 7+ years in strategic roles leading technological transformations or EdTech initiatives
• Robust understanding of AI architectures, LLMs, enterprise API integrations, and RAG-based systems
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar strategic partnerships or funding relationships
• Strong storytelling, public speaking, and written communication skills
• Ability to lead within highly diverse, globally distributed, and 100% remote environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Contextual knowledge of educational realities in underserved, low-resource communities
• Experience with multi-stakeholder orchestration without rigid hierarchical authority
