Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define the demand generation strategy to scale MQLs from 40 monthly to 250 monthly
  • Build module-level positioning and messaging frameworks for KYC/KYB, AML, and compliance modules
  • Design the self-serve conversion architecture and PLG funnel for azakaw Verify and azakaw Screen
  • Develop market entry strategies for geographic expansion into Africa, KSA, Brazil, and the UK
  • Allocate media budgets based on ROI expectations and spend-to-pipeline models
  • Coach the Head of Marketing to elevate their strategic thinking and commercial narrative
  • Advise the Senior Leadership Team on marketing performance, budget, and growth priorities

Requirements

  • 10–18 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • 5+ years at the VP or CMO level (or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS demand engines from early-stage to high-volume MQLs
  • Experience marketing to regulated or compliance-sensitive buyers
  • Demonstrated expertise in PLG and self-serve conversion models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically within RegTech, compliance technology, or financial services SaaS
  • Background in GRC advisory or professional services marketing
  • Multi-geography experience, particularly in the GCC, Africa, or the UK
  • Proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation
