Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operations of three private residences in Dubai, London, and Courchevel
• Manage household budgets, staffing, and maintenance schedules
• Directly manage the CEO's personal staff across all locations
• Provide executive oversight of yacht management and crew HR
• Oversee the CEO's personal finance office and budgeting
• Manage renovation and capital improvement projects across the property portfolio
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, translating vision into coordinated execution

Requirements

• 10+ years in a senior Chief of Staff, Estate Director, Family Office, or General Manager role serving UHNW individuals
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-property households across international locations
• Prior exposure to yacht operations, personal finance, and capital projects
• Executive presence and ability to operate at CEO level with total discretion
• Strong financial acumen and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic is an advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively
