About the role
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate strategic time management for the CEO and executive team
- Manage investor relations, including drafting updates and building board materials
- Lead and drive the development and tracking of OKRs
- Partner with the CEO, COO, and CFO to build and drive fundraising strategy across venture, foundations, and grants
- Manage special projects spanning functional domains
- Oversee the operating cadence of the executive and senior leadership teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within healthcare, venture-backed startups, or consulting
- Experience supporting or leading fundraising (venture rounds, foundation grants, or philanthropic campaigns)
- Experience working directly with senior executives and board members
- Master's degree in MBA, Healthcare Administration, or Public Policy preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
