Chief Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate the VP & CTO's vision into an outcome-based portfolio roadmap with KPIs
• Design and improve product practices across all actively maintained projects
• Own product development from concept through general availability
• Represent product direction to executives, customers and partners
• Support process, funding and IP management across the company
• Help recruit, coach and grow product talent

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading multiple cross-functional teams
• Measurable product outcomes such as user growth or cost savings
• Strong engineering fluency with hands-on programming experience
• Experience improving delivery performance with DORA metrics on AWS or Azure
• Working mastery of Lean, user-centered design and Agile/XP
• Track record navigating complex organizational and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TS clearance (SCI eligible)
• Defense, intelligence or government mission software delivery experience
• Experience with mission or data platforms common in defense
• Experience advising senior executives and shaping organizational policy
• Experience recruiting at scale and coaching product leaders
