Chief Risk Officer (Dubai based)

Description We are looking for a Chief Risk Officer based in Dubai, your main role will be to lead and oversee our organization's risk management function. Working in close collaboration with senior leaders, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could affect the company's operations and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework and strategy
• Lead risk assessment activities to identify potential risks and evaluate their potential impact
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Drive the development and integration of risk management practices across the organization
• Provide guidance and support to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex risk concepts to senior stakeholders
• Previous experience working in a global or multinational organization preferred
