Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, project-based leadership across technology infrastructure, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives
• Build, modernize, and optimize technology infrastructure for alternative investment firms
• Oversee systems architecture, cloud strategy, and enterprise technology operations
• Drive technology transformation, automation, and operational efficiency
• Partner with investment, operations, and leadership teams to align technology with business objectives
• Lead vendor selection, systems integration, and technology governance
• Manage technology risk, business continuity, and data security frameworks

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Chief Technology Officer or equivalent senior technology leadership role
• Experience within a hedge fund, private equity firm, family office, or financial services organization
• Deep understanding of investment management technology infrastructure and operating environments
• Proven track record of leading technology transformation and scaling enterprise systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
