About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer, record and process all guest calls, requests and concerns
- Contact departments to resolve guest requests and follow up on outstanding items
- Operate telephone switchboard and manage room message lights
- Log guest requests, incidents and adjustments into the computer system
- Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees
- Supply guests with directions and property information
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds
