Responsibilities
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality educational experiences to students
- Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Provide individual or small group support to students to enhance their learning outcomes
- Help prepare classroom materials and resources for daily lessons
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
