Claude AI Engineer Technical Mentor

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 video calls to provide personalized support and address learner questions
• Lead virtual technical deep-dive sessions using slide presentations to review concepts or project rubrics
• Host regular group Q&A sessions via Slack or video to address coursework queries
• Review student project submissions prior to 1:1 sessions

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency with Anthropic Claude Ecosystem (Claude API, Claude Code, Agent SDK, MCP)
• Expertise in Agentic AI Development (Multi-Agent Systems, Orchestration, Tool Calling)
• Strong Prompt and Context Engineering skills
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and Bash/Shell Scripting
• Knowledge of System Design, Solution Architecture, and API Design
• Experience with SQL, Data Extraction, and State Management
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
