Cleaner cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, including work areas, pantry, and restrooms
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
• Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and assist in purchasing
• Run external errands including banking transactions and document delivery
• Support staff with photocopying, filing, and arranging meeting rooms
• Serve refreshments to staff, visitors, and clients
• Monitor and report security concerns or maintenance issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role preferred
• Basic understanding of office equipment and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good physical stamina for manual labor tasks
