Responsibilities

• Put together financial analyses including underwriting, renewal review, employee contribution modeling, market analysis and benchmarking
• Prepare and speak to reporting packages and insights on demographic data and trends
• Provide insight on network differentials and disruption
• Assist with the preparation of financial modeling and forecasting using actuarial tools
• Design reports such as claims reporting, client benchmarking, benefit cost analysis, and enrollment overviews
• Deliver accurate and reliable claim reporting and financial modeling to drive client decisions
• Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
• Develop client and carrier relationships
• Review and maintain client data within Salesforce
• Communicate and liaise effectively with client team members and clients regarding strategic project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in benefits consulting or healthcare fields
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to interface cross-departmentally and with clients
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
• English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience related to group health insurance and/or employee benefits programs
