About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and monitor sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients
- Respond proactively to client queries, concerns, and expectations
- Spearhead business development strategies to unlock new opportunities
- Participate in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams
Requirements
- 4-10 years of sales and client relationship experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs
- Full English proficiency
- Additional languages (Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, German) are an advantage
