Client Experience Agent - Call Center

Responsibilities

• Acting as a first point of contact for the organization
• Answering and distributing all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Delivering positive and timely responses to client enquiries
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of IFZA's products and services to address queries
• Maintaining confidentiality of client data
• Keeping detailed records of all calls in the Call Center CRM
• Meeting individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships while promoting company culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Call Center agent or similar role in the UAE
• Full English proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Customer-focused with ability to adapt to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional spoken languages are an advantage
