Client Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly personalized and seamless client journey, ensuring every interaction reflects AP hospitality standards
• Act as a key point of coordination for client visits and appointment management
• Anticipate client needs and provide bespoke hospitality services
• Support the organization and delivery of events and weekly client activations
• Manage client feedback and ensure the overall readiness and presentation of the AP House
• Foster close collaboration with boutique and AP House teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality
• Fluent English language skills
• Great sense of initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent customer management skills
• Proven ability to deliver personalized client experiences
• Strong understanding of luxury standards and brand storytelling
