About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams
- Own client implementation efforts including project management and gathering business rules
- Develop and configure prototypes using Platform tools based on client needs
- Coordinate requirements and timelines with engineering and PMO teams
- Manage test planning, bug coordination, and validation of requirements
- Support clients in maintaining platform hygiene and proactive problem solving
- Serve as the primary connection point for hand-off to Client Success and Operations
- Develop training and maintain client-related documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a software-based organization
- Hands-on experience implementing applications using web technologies or as a Solution Analyst
- Ability to lead large enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with the full project management lifecycle
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Teams, and Slack
- Experience with visualization tools like Draw.IO or LucidChart
- Willingness to travel 10-20% based on project needs
