About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects
- Manage virtual teams tasked with project managing client integrations and service delivery changes
- Manage a group of Vice Presidents and oversee staff training and development
- Implement global best practices and standardization across the organization
- Provide sales support through integration expertise
Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams for successful project delivery within a project management framework
- Strong client-facing experience
- Deep understanding of the financial services business
- Effective communication and leadership skills
