Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
• Build positive working relationships with HR teams, benefits administrators, and consultants
• Manage operational aspects of client accounts, including benefit administration, plan changes, and eligibility updates
• Coordinate with internal Operations, Billing, Clinical, and IT teams to execute client requests
• Monitor account performance metrics, pharmacy spend, and utilization trends
• Prepare quarterly business plans and financial performance summaries
• Triage and resolve client issues by coordinating across internal teams
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience in account management or client-facing operations within a PBM, health plan, TPA, or managed-care environment
• Healthcare experience required
• Working knowledge of pharmacy benefit operations (claims processing, formulary management, etc.)
• Strong communication skills for translating complex benefit information
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools (Microsoft Office, Teams)
