About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide clients and professional partners with license-related information within set timeframes
- Issue quotes and license-related documentation
- Monitor and update the CRM system when managing a portfolio
- Analyze passports, application forms and resolutions accurately
- Respond to partner and client emails and queries
- Handle complaints and find solutions to retain clients
- Work closely with sales, finance and renewals departments
Requirements
- Full Arabic and English proficiency
- Intermediate computer literacy, e.g. MS Office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional spoken languages
- Industry knowledge of licensing and government processes
- Customer service, client relationship management, B2B or channel partner experience
